He is survived by: his mother Lilly Hall Williams; his wife LeeAnna McRae Williams; his son Roger Williams; his siblings, Eddie Williams, Willie Junior Williams, James Calvin Williams Jr., Mary Anna Williams, Rosetta Williams, Juanita Williams and Frankie Williams Mr (Leroy Williams); his sons, Gary Williams (Cathy) of Orlando and Timothy Williams (Percella Harris) of Winston-Salem; his grandchildren, Timeya Williams, Keon Williams, Aaron Williams, James Williams and Ashley Williams; and his sisters-in-law, Mattie McKiver of Bennettsville and Margaret DeBerry of Hartford, Connecticut. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, church family, and friends.
