She is survived by: her husband Chris Dvorak; her children, Jeremiah Dvorak of High Point, Michael Dvorak (Crystal) of Browns Summit and Judith Farlow (Nathan) of High Point; and her brothers, Lawrence LaShure (Barbara), William LaShure, Jr. (Jackie) and Gerard LaShure (Mindy). She is also survived by six grandchildren.
