She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Braga and Ana Freitas Braga; and her son Rui Resendes. She is survived by: her husband Jose Resendes; and her children, Vasco Resendes, Helder Resendes, Fabio Resendes, Anna Pegram (Adam), Joanna Resendes and Michael Resendes. She is also survived by siblings, nieces and nephews.
