She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Billips and Roberta Billips. She is survived by: her children, Charles Vaughn (Florina), Kimberley Ingram (Roy), Mark Vaughn (Joell), Vicky Mashburn (Billy) and Roger Dye (Rhonda); and her siblings, Reba Brown, Connie Parker, Darlene Crews (Tony) and Elmer Billips. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren.
