She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Clayton and Ella Mae Newsome; her husband Raymond; and her son Willie Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Susan Johnson Danley (Charlie) of Mt. Airy, NC and Michael Wayne Johnson; and her sister Shirley York of Winston Salem, NC.
