She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Stewart and Rebecca Daisy Evans Stewart; her husband William Lewis; her brother J. R. Stewart (Ella Lee); and her niece Lisa Shuster.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Keith Lewis (Donna) of High Point, William "Chris" Lewis of Atlanta and Kim Lewis of Arizona; her granddaughter Zoe Lewis of Hawaii; her niece Vivian Stewart; and her great-nephew Jeffrey Reed.
