He is survived by: his wife Kimberley Campbell of Jamestown; his daughter Lauren Campbell (Ryan Chernoff) of Willow Spring; his grandson Case Chernoff of Willow Spring; and his siblings, Scott, Jeff, Kim and Lindsey. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
