He was predeceased by: his parents, George Steelman and Beulah Steelman; and his brother George Steelman, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Killian Steelman; his children, Joshua M. Steelman (Angelina), Matthew H. Steelman (Kozue), Aaron L. Steelman (Cameron) and Laura K. Henderson (Justin); his siblings, Frances Saintsing, Barbara Cribb, Jerry Steelman (Judy), Rick Steelman (Angelica) and Jeff Steelman (Vonda); and his grandchildren, Joshua B. Steelman, Camden L. Steelman, Leah S. Steelman, Sophia H. Mercado, Jonathan M. Steelman, Gianni D. Mercado, Kyler H. Steelman, Ellie G. Henderson and Wesley J. Henderson.
