She was predeceased by: her parents, William Walter and Adda Rae Wheeler Mainhood; and her siblings, Enid Robbins, Elizabeth "Beth" Mainhood, Dorothy Mainhood, John Mainhood and Roderick Mainhood.
She is survived by: her husband Renard "Ren" James Zuwerink; her children, Ren Jamieson of Tega Cay, David Zuwerink (Angie) of Browns Summit and Julia Jacks (Steve) of Greensboro; and her grandchildren, Joshua Jacks (Rose) of Greensboro, Jessica Jacks of Greensboro, J. Daniel Jacks of Greensboro and Samuel Jacks of Greensboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
