It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Tezanos Waters of High Point, North Carolina, born in Lackawanna, New York, who passed away on August 10, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gervasio Tezanos and Celia Tezanos (Del Rio); her former husband Dennis Waters, Sr.; her siblings, Joseph Tezanos, Caroline Tezanos, Louise Herrera, Antonia Arcara, George Tezanos and Celia Morelli; and her son Dennis Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Toni Ragno (James), George Waters (Beverly) and Russell Waters (Martha); her daughter-in-law Jan Waters; her sister Emma Tezanos; and her grandchildren, Celia Gossett (Jeremy), Patrick, Blake Waters (Marianne), Shelly Waters (Mollie), Flynt Waters (Jessica), Jessica Waters-Cardella (Matt), Jenny Mayo (Todd), Russ Waters (Alex) and Blayre Haley (Wil). She is also survived by her 24 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
