He is survived by: his father Donald James Foye of Thomasville; his wife Margie Sowers Foye; his children, Brandy Hinson (Chad) of Trinity and Michael Heath Foye (Halley) of Reidsville; his grandchildren, Chase Fowler, Jackson Foye, CeCe Foye, Brooks Hinson and Bella Foye; his siblings, Josie Alford (Doug Kennedy) of Trinity, Melissa Bassett (Jeff) of Winston-Salem and Mark Foye of High Point; his close friends, Mike, Justine Huff of Candor, NC and Bernie Harris of Virginia; his pets, Gidget and Apple Brandy; and his horses, Buckshot and Bullet. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
