He is survived by: his mother Ramona Kivett; his wife Melody Kivett; his children, Michael Kivett (Carey), Melinda Johnson, Morgan White (Joel), Robert Sweeting and Jessica Pinder (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Joshua Lee, Robert Reynolds, Johnathan Lee, Nicholas Lee, Alyssa Lee, Kara Pinder, Anderson Sweeting, Oliver White and Avery White. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
