She is survived by: her parents, Jody Horner (Sybil) of Greensboro and Lynn Varney Yost (Randy) of Thomasville; her husband Norman Wayne Smith; her children, Jeffrey Smith of High Point and Makayla Seals of High Point; her siblings, Angie Horner of Greensboro and Isaac Yost (Shea) of Lexington; her grandmother Vorice Varney of Virginia; her aunt Pat Bishop; her stepdaughters, Elizabeth Frazier (Chris) of Franklinville and Cynthia Smith (Dustin Hare) of Alaska; her stepgrandmother Betty Yost of Thomasville; and her grandchildren, Ryan Frazier, Zachary Frazier and Nicholas Frazier.
