He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chester J. Andrews and Ethel Prevatte Andrews; his son Allen Welborn Andrews (Nicole); his wife Anne Welborn; his grandchildren, Preston, Cooper, Nash Andrews, Lily and Beck Wilson; his brother James Andrews (Jackie) of Greensboro; and his brother-in-law Martin A. Maners, Jr. of Birmingham, Alabama. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
