He was predeceased by : his parents, Oris Clayton Harvey, Sr. and Leola Atkins Harvey; his son Christopher Clayton Harvey; and his sister Anne Ashley. He is survived by : his wife Kathie Petry; his stepdaughter Kristen Petry; his nieces and nephews, Ty Ashley, Sandy Peiffer, Rikki Eloian and Michael Ashley; and his grandson Joshua Walker.
