We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2020, at the age of 64, Pamela Webb of High Point, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Bailey Smith and Betty Grubb Smith; her husband Steven Richard Webb; and her daughter Lauren Elizabeth Dawson. She is survived by: her daughter Heather Walling (Jamie) of Charlotte; her siblings, Del Michael Smith of High Point, Tamara Walsh (Robert) of Clemmons and Maria Harmon of Conover; and her grandchildren, Justin Barreiro, Riley Dawson and Anala Culpepper.

“I'm sorry for her families loss. She left two grandchildren who never knew her by her choice. For 13 years she never picked up the phone to have a relationship with either of them. Now they will never have that choice of a grandmother. So sad. A grandmother who cares.”
