She was predeceased by: her parents, William Eugene Hicks and Annie Hodge Hicks; and her siblings, William Eugene Hicks, Jr. and Norma Everhart. She is survived by: her husband Darrell Shives; her sons, Darrell Shives, Jr. (Sharon), Danny Shives and Ricky Shives (Beverly); and her grandchildren, Jeremy Shives (Audra), Austin, Dakota Shives (Hope Franks), Gavin and Lynken Shives.
