She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wayne Horton and Eva Penny Horton; her husband James Reitzel "Sonny" Wagner, Jr.; her brother Dr. Charles Wayne Horton; her sibling's children, Robin Smith, Eva Wright and Michael Wayne Horton; and her great-niece Victoria "Tory" Smith.
She is survived by: her family Patsy; her children, Adrienne Kennedy, Suzanne Kennedy Misiaveg (Bill), Cynthia Kennedy and Jay W. Wagner (Leigh); her stepson James "Rick" Reitzel Wagner, III (Angela); her grandchildren, Andy Misiaveg (Shelley), Christen Sigmon (Josh), Jennifer Carstens (Francois), Julienne Carstens Sarah Catherine (Tertius) and John Geddie Wagner; her godson Patrick Stuart; her sibling's children, Dr. David Horton, Elizabeth Peress and Lisa Horton Smith; and her sister-in-law Barbara Benfield Horton. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
