Terri Barnes wrote a sympathy message

“In loving memory of Paul Blackburn, Paul was my cousin and I never met anyone else like him. He always had a smile and a hug for everyone he saw. As a little girl, growing up, I always looked forward to his visits at my Grandmothers house. His visits were fun because you never knew if he was going to play the piano or go outside to play. He was truly a sweet person and he will be missed. I didn't know he was even sick., but I know that God has a special place for him. God bless.”
