She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Harrison and Trula Younts Harrison; and her brother Jimmy Harrison. She is survived by: her husband James Modie Capps; her children, Deborah "Debbie" Laws and Robert Capps (Donna) of Huntersville; her sister Jean Patterson Morton of Concord; and her grandchildren, Austin Capps (Merritt) of Taylorsville and Sydney Capps Dyer (Nicholas) of Cornelius.
