With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Peterson (High Point, North Carolina), born in Streator, Illinois, who passed away on November 9, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Foley and Agnes Foley; and her siblings, Rita Finnegan, Edmond Foley, Leona Myer and Aldine O'Brien.

She is survived by: her husband Paul Peterson; her sons, Joe Peterson and Craig Peterson (Sydney); and her grandsons, Brayden and Garrett Ball.

In lieu of flowers, memorials should be directed to the Alzheimer's Association, (ALZ.org (http://alz.org)).
