Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Randall Albert Samuels of High Point, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 76, on November 16, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Odell Samuels and Frances Latta Samuels. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Sconyers Samuels; his children, Robert "Brent" Samuels (Mary), Melanie Samuels Gardner (Greg), Frances Samuels Gibhardt (Justin) and Russell Walbert Samuels (Holly); his grandchildren, Mary Caitlin (Alex), Conor, Maddy, Sam, Ellie, Hollyn, Kate, Millie, Wyatt, Whitaker and Weston; and his siblings, Vikki Samuels Hall (Mike), Larry Samuels and Gary Samuels (Karen). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, 512 N. Main Street, High Point, NC 27260.
