He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kenneth Moore Sr. and Bijou Henrietta Moore; and his brother Cyrus Moore. He is survived by: his wife Kathie M. Moore; and his sisters, Camilla Fewerda and Dolly Richardson.
