She was predeceased by: her parents, William S. Kay, Jr. and Annie Meredith Kay; and her son Gary Burrow, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Gary Burrow; her daughter Rachel Marshall (Jonathan); her grandchildren, Isabella, Kayelyn, Ava, Madelyn and Lacey; and her brother Joe Kay (Sue).

Memorials may be directed to the Guilford County Animal Shelter.
