He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Binkley and Elizabeth Binkley; his wife Linda Harrell Binkley; his children, Benjamin Plowman (Sarah Beth Plowman) of Raleigh and Erika Binkley of Charlotte; his sister Barbara Hokanson of Sylva; his nephew Eric Hokanson (Megan Hokanson) of Sylva; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sven and Lars.
