He is survived by: his wife Teresa Collins; his children, Kim, Chris and Jeff; his siblings, Tim, Becky (Matt) and Russ (Natalie); Rick. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Guil-Rand Memorial Park Cemetery (1550 NC-62, High Point, NC 27263).
