Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Richard Douglas Callicutt of High Point, North Carolina, born in Davidson, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 90, on January 30, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Maylon Callicutt and Mary Lou Bassinger Callicutt; and his brother Bob Callicutt. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Frisbee Callicutt; his children, Pam Hall (Tony) of Winston-Salem, Rick Callicutt (Jaime) of High Point, Bob Callicutt (Beverly) of Thomasville and Scott Callicutt (Tina) of Knoxville, TN; and his siblings, Ronnie Callicutt (Gerry) of Thomasville, Jack Callicutt (Betty) of Thomasville, Patsy Macon (Larry) of Salisbury and Carolyn Freeman of Salisbury. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Mt. Pleasant Church, 6516 Old Greensboro Rd. Thomasville, NC 27360.
