He was predeceased by: his parents, John Willard Hill and Kathleen Bullins Hill; and his former wife Lisa Pearson Hill. He is survived by: his wife Joy; his daughter Jessica Leigh Hill; his stepchildren, Ronnie Currie (Caroline), Neil, Kate and Sean Jones (Ashley); his brother Michael Hill; and his grandchildren, Connor Nelson, Elizabeth, Ava and Abby Jones. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
In lieu of ceremonial services, it was Rick's wish that donations be made to Hospice of the Piedmont or to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
