He was predeceased by: his mother Mary E. Haywood; his siblings, Doris Haywood Simmons and Billy Haywood; and his uncle Lee Haywood. He is survived by: his nephew Justice; his wife Louise Haywood; his sons, Roger Leach, Kenneth Stafford of Charlotte, NC and Johnathan Stafford of High Point, NC; his grandchildren, Lakeisha Bines, Rodrick Leach and Tameka Pate Pickette; his brothers, James Haywood (Debra), Ricky Haywood (Julia) and Gary Haywood; and his nieces, Natalie Boulware (Lawrence) and Indiya Monique Franklin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
