He was predeceased by: his parents, Susie Kilgore Leonard and Jacob Seymore Leonard of Salem; and his siblings, Sue, Carlton and Colonel Dan Leonard (Gail Marie Key).
He is survived by: his child Rella Elizabeth Leonard; his grandson Nathan Key Alexander Leo; his son Robert Nathan Key Leonard (Tammy); and his grandchildren, Cassandra, Tatyana and Kayla.
