He was predeceased by: his father Alton Price; and his daughter Erin Price. He is survived by: his children, Robbie Price of Yankton, SD and Wisha Nicole Price; his brother Lionel Price of Reidsville, NC; his niece Lisa Kirkpatrick of Thomasville, NC; and his sister Lori Brown of Louisville, KY..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a Veterans Organization of the donor's choice.
