He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Voigt and Carol Landis Voigt; and his brother Dr. Ward Landis "Lanny" Voigt. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Walker Voigt; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Luther of High Point and James Leroy Walker (Cathy) of Hillsville, Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
