She is survived by: her significant other Lloyd Vincent "Vince" Price, Sr.; her brother David K. Chapman of High Point, NC; her grandson Jeshaun Townsend; her nieces, Tia, Shaquita, Davida and Netta; her great-nephew Tashaun; and her great-niece Kamille. She is also survived by cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
