He was predeceased by: his father Leo Blanchard; and his brother Kenneth Blanchard. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Murphy Allen; and his siblings, Leo Blanchard and Helen Perez. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
