He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Jarvis and Donna Jarvis. He is survived by: his daughter Donna Hill (Tim); his granddaughters, Nicole Goode (Jonathan) and Amanda Hill; and his great grandchildren, Jeremiah Blackburn, Wyatt Goode, Abby Goode and Michael Goode.
