She is survived by: her stepdaughter Sandra "Sandi" Black Holder (Tony) of Greensboro; her brother William Roger Lemmons of Clemmons; her stepgrandson AJ Holder (Taylor) of High Point; and her sibling's children, Lisa Cox (Tracey) of Winston-Salem, Laura Williams of Atlantic Beach and Chris Elmore of Charlotte.
