She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Lee Lewallen and Bonnie Jean Smith; her brothers, Bobby Lee Lewallen of Trinity and Terry Lewallen of High Point; and her husband Edward Michael Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Jamie Leonard (Dustin), Michael Moore (Heather) and Michelle Brimer; her grandchildren, Kendal Moore, Madison Moore, Kayla Moore, Billy Deweese, Zack Deweese, Erika Hopkins, Michael and Dylan Stone; and her siblings, Diane Besosa, Pam Crosthwaite and Gary Lewallen. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
