She is survived by: her husband Charles Smith; her daughters, Wendy Clark and Julie Leck (Ben); her brothers, Keith Freeman (Cathy), Tim Freeman (Patricia) and David Freeman; and her great grandchildren, Cooper and Millie Collazo. She is also survived by Her daughters, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
