She is survived by: her husband Eugene Browning; her sons, Ronald Browning (Tina) and Donald Browning (Wendy); her siblings, Sydney Thompson and J. D. Thompson; her grandchildren, Ivy, Gracie, Maggie, Jacob, Noah and Jaxson; and her great grandchild Maddox.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM at the Chapel of Cumby Family Funeral Service (206 Trindale Rd, Archdale, NC 27263). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to High Point Original Freewill Baptist Church in honor of Shirley's faith and love for her church family.
