He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilmer Cheek and Dorothy Cheek. He is survived by: his son Mike Cheek (Karrie); his grandson Paul Cheek (Michaela); his niece Kelly Platillero (Paul); and his brother Gilmer Cheek (Katie). He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
