He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey L. Dye and Lucille J. Dye; his wife Rosalind Cooke Dye; and his sister Sylvia Dye Rogers (Tib). He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Jones (Raheim); his siblings, Bobby Dye (Leona), Sonja Boyd (Reuben) and Sheila Dye; and his siblings-in-law, Warren Cooke (Yvonne), Peter Cooke (Carla), Byrdene C. Franklin and Delores C. Sudderth. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
