He is survived by: his wife Alice Joyce Ham Smith; his children, Gary Thomas Smith (Mary), Shellie Jeanne Brewer (Rick), Timothy Allen Smith (Betsy) and Judy Lynn Sparks (Barry); and his grandchildren, Royale Tilley, Laura Brewer, Emily Bradley, Jill Brewer, Zachary Smith, Thomas Smith, Joseph Brewer, Nathan Dunlap, Seth Dunlap, Matthew Smith, Jacob Brewer, Sara Young, Monica Dunlap, Sally Housand, TJ Smith and Daniel Brewer.
