He is survived by: his wife Brenda Anderson Hughes; his sons, Jason Bert Hughes (Stephanie) and Nathan Ross Hege (Lauren); and his grandchildren, Jacie, Jacob Hughes, Brooklyn and Blaine Hege. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
