He is survived by : his wife Judith Vanadore (Judy); his sons, Stacy Burkhart (Tammy) of Trinity and Dean Burkhart (Tina) of High Point; his grandchildren, Brandi Burkhart, Schyler Burkhart, Dalton Burkhart, Hannah Burkhart, Emily Burkhart and Brianna Burkhart; and his great grandchildren, Airiane Burkhart, Jamirah Cooper and Jayce Cooper.
