She is survived by: her father Joe Don Lambeth; her son Aaron Moore (Marley Perry) of Thomasville; her sister Casey Michelle Upchurch (Ashley Shane Upchurch); her nieces and nephews, Haylee and Noah Blaylock; her uncle Roger Lambeth; her close friends, Stephanie Sink and Stacy Yokley; and her pet Goobers. She is also survived by many family members and friends.
