It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Troy Young of High Point, North Carolina, who passed away on April 3, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Franklin, Sr. and Ada Shaw Young; and his siblings, Lula Vee Wilson, Pothiner Simmons, Sara Ann Young, Clara Ruth Butler, Cathleen Ratliff, William Thomas and David Young.
He is survived by: his wife Veronica Young; his children, Trovares (Michelle), Termaine (Tammy) and Marion (Juan); his siblings, Ward Franklin Young, Henry Young (Sara), Paul Young (Debra), Geneva Leak, Willie Mae Robinson and Ada Capel; his grandchildren, Jasmine, Jessamine, Michael, Johnathan, Tyzhane, Tyjai, Jaquez and Ravian; and his great grandchild Reese. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
