She was predeceased by: her parents, R. Reid Mendenhall and Verna Stone Mendenhall; and her brothers, Red Mendenhall and Forrest Mendenhall. She is survived by: her children, Gail Thayer Mooney (David Marlowe), Steve Thayer (Julissa) and Mark Thayer (Deedra); her grandchildren, Kathryn Mooney, Hunter Mooney, Kristen Mooney, Julie Thayer, Bridget Thayer, Joshua Thayer (Amy) and Nathan Thayer; and her great grandchildren, Willow Mooney, Noah Thayer, Aiden Thayer and Christian Kinney. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
