She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Grayson "Pete" and Mary Elizabeth King Hines; her husband Jack Clifford Smith; and her sister Susan Gurley. She is survived by: her pet Clifford; her sister Donna Aldridge; her niece Shea Yokeley (Chad); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaylie of High Point, Anna of High Point and Ally Yokeley of High Point. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
