As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Walter Morten may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Duncan Jones and Helen Virginia Vaughan Jones; and his siblings, Miranda Jones and William Inigo Jones. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Andrews Jones; his sons, David Brian Jones, Carl Adrian Jones and Andrew Vaughn Jones (Kristina); and his sisters, Mary Lou Warren of Durham and Prudence Miller of Cary. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
