It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wayne Kent Maynard (High Point, North Carolina), born in Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on September 8, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Maynard and Bettye Maynard. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Keith Wayne Maynard (April) of Springhill, TN and Kathryn Hartsfield (Greg) of Hoover, AL; his granddaughters, Kathleen Reed (Will), Kirsten Maynard, Kimberly Maynard and Violet Hartsfield; his great grandchildren, Cooper and Parker Reed; and his siblings, Pam Maynard Brunschwyler and Larry Maynard.
